Your Role Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Treat orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, neurologic, vestibular, and other outpatient conditions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation utilizing available technology and support resources.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and patient education.
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist.
Assist patients in achieving functional goals and improved quality of life.
Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support exceptional patient outcomes.
Physical Therapist (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
