The Caregiver Social Worker assesses caregiver stress and develops care plans while managing a caseload through counseling and advocacy. They also coordinate with community agencies to ensure clients receive appropriate benefits and provide education to caregivers.
Candidates must hold a Master of Social Work and possess strong clinical skills and knowledge of aging and disabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel for home visits are required, with bilingual skills in Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred.

Greenwich House is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Caregiver Social Worker to support caregivers through core services in the Caregiver Program. Reporting to the Caregiver Program Director, this role works closely with program staff and other professionals to build community partnerships. The Caregiver Social Worker also attends staff meetings and training sessions and collaborates with organizations that serve older adults and their families.

The expected base salary for this position is $65,000 - $68,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of this posting and may be adjusted based on experience, education, and organizational needs.
