Eastern Iowa Health Center (EIHC) is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join our team.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations towards established goals by working with collaborative care model.

1:5 hospital call schedule, including 24-hour shifts every 5 days with a post-call day off.

Conducts assessment to obtain and document pertinent physical, social, behavioral, environmental, and lifestyle factors that influence health while addressing presenting/initial reason for the clinical visit and offer subsequent service(s) as indicated.

Initiates and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to the patient’s status, analyzing the assessment data in determining the diagnoses to prioritizes diagnoses using appropriate complex clinical reasoning.

Requirements
