EIHC is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician dedicated to serving the needs of our community. COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation packages based on previous work experience, education, certification, and other relevant factors. $217,360.00-$355,680.00 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations towards established goals by working with collaborative care model.

Interviews patient to address the presenting/initial reason for visiting the clinic subsequent willingness for service(s) offered and indicated.

Initiates and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to the patient’s current status, analyzing the assessment data in determining the diagnoses to prioritizes diagnoses using appropriate complex clinical reasoning.

SCHEDULE Monday to Wednesday 8 AM to 7 PM. Thursday and Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Flexible scheduling options available COMPENSATION

Required qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school required.

Board Certified or Board Eligible required.

Current State of Iowa medical license required or ability to achieve same in a short period of time required.

Iowa Certificate of Controlled Substances, Federal DEA, and current CPR certification.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school and be Board Certified or Board Eligible. A current Iowa medical license, DEA certification, and CPR certification are required.
