Provide individual, group, and family counseling while conducting client intakes and developing treatment plans under supervision. Maintain confidential clinical documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Master's program in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or a related field. Requires eligibility for academic credit and a valid driver's license.
What You’ll Do Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling under supervision Conduct client intakes, assessments, and help develop treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training Assist with case management, including connecting clients to community resources Support clients in reaching goals related to mental health, wellness, and stability Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care Ability to maintain professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality
Current enrollment in an accredited Master’s program (Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field) Eligibility for academic credit or field placement Valid driver’s license (Class C or D)
