Provide individual, group, and family counseling while conducting client intakes and developing treatment plans under supervision. Maintain confidential clinical documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Master's program in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or a related field. Requires eligibility for academic credit and a valid driver's license.
Direct Support & Behavioral Services Provide direct care and support to individuals, modeling best practices for staff Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) consistently and effectively Collaborate with Behavior Specialists to support positive behavioral outcomes Monitor and document progress, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting Assist individuals in developing daily living skills, social engagement, and community participation Program Operations & Coordination Assist in overseeing day-to-day residential operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment Support planning and coordination of meaningful social and community activities Ensure transportation to appointments, programs, and activities as needed Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and service records Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements Staff Leadership & Development Assist in supervising, training, and coaching residential staff Serve as a team leader, providing guidance on behavior support strategies and care practices Promote a collaborative and professional team environment Support staff in maintaining required certifications and training compliance Health, Safety & Compliance Support medication administration and ensure adherence to healthcare plans Promote the physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being of individuals served Respond effectively to emergencies and safety concerns Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Human Rights regulations, and safety protocols Participate in incident reviews and quality assurance processes Financial & Administrative Support Assist in managing participant funds and household budgets Ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of billable services Support inventory and supply management for the residence Core Competencies Leadership and team supervision Applied behavior support and data-driven decision-making Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution Organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree required 1–3 years of experience in human services, behavioral health, or a related field Ability to work flexible hours, including participation in on-call responsibilities Registered Behavior Technician Certification, or completion within 6 months of hire Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
