Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts RN or LPN license and a BLS certification. A degree from an accredited nursing program is required, with pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities include: Providing telephone and in-office triage for pediatric patients Assessing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of children and families Administering vaccines, medications, and performing clinical procedures Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care Coordinating care for patients with chronic conditions and complex healthcare needs Supporting patients after emergency room visits and hospital discharges Collaborating closely with pediatricians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff Maintaining accurate documentation within our electronic medical record system Helping ensure smooth daily clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences
