Primary responsibilities include registration, referrals, and other clerical tasks.
At Advanced Primary Care, we specialize in patients who are 65+ with multiple chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, heart failure and COPD.
Join our multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, social workers and MAs.
We collaborate together to deliver innovative and quality care.

Scope of work
Serves as a subject matter expert in the practice.
Trains new staff.
Performs a variety of medically related and clinical tasks by assisting providers in providing direct patient care.
May perform moderately complex procedures within scope of certification.
Responsibilities may include surgical and procedural scheduling or panel management.
