The Occupational Therapist evaluates participants' cognitive, physical, and psychosocial functioning to promote independence in daily activities. They develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance quality of life within the PACE model of care.
Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and a current unrestricted state license, along with CPR certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred, specifically in geriatric or PACE settings.
