Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families within home settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to facilitate end-of-life conversations and maintain accurate documentation.
Requires a Master of Divinity or an equivalent graduate degree from an accredited institution. Experience in hospice, hospital, or palliative care chaplaincy is preferred.
