The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating clients, developing measurable treatment plans, and providing direct therapeutic care. They must document progress in clinical records and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an approved Physical Therapy program and a current professional license in the State of Texas. A minimum of six months of experience in an acute, rehabilitation, or outpatient setting is required.
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy approved 4-year bachelor’s degree program. A minimum of six (6) month’s experience in an acute, rehabilitation of outpatient setting. Current professional licensure in the State of Texas.
Experience with telehealth software platorms.
