The Physical Therapist evaluates clients to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care, including functional goals and home programs. They are responsible for documenting progress, educating caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an approved Physical Therapy program and current professional licensure in the State of Texas. A minimum of six months of experience in acute, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings is required.
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy approved 4-year bachelor’s degree program. A minimum of six (6) month’s experience in an acute, rehabilitation of outpatient setting. Current professional licensure in the State of Texas.
Experience with telehealth software platorms.
