Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and meal preparation for clients according to their Plan of Care. Ensure a safe environment and maintain accurate records of client care and changes.
Requires an active Washington State CNA or HCA license and current CPR and First Aid certifications. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
