Provide hands-on support and personal care to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to promote independence and dignity. Responsibilities include administering medications, following care plans, and encouraging community participation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver's license with a qualifying driving history. The ability to lift 50+ lbs is required, while experience in disability services is preferred but not mandatory.
