Requirements summary
Requires a New York RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of experience in a Critical Care Unit. A BSN is required, though an Associate degree is considered if the candidate is enrolled in a BSN program.
Eligible for $7,500 sign on bonus, half paid at 6 months and the other half paid after one year of employment if experienced.

Our MICU RN's
Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and manage overall care for highly acute and critical patients. Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support and education.
What you'll bring: Passion for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) 1+ years of experience in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) or another Critical Care Unit (SICU, ICU, CCU, CTICU, etc.)
Experience reading cardiac monitors
