The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients in their homes to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for mobility and pain reduction. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic interventions, educating caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary medical team.
Candidates must hold an active Texas Physical Therapist license and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Professional liability insurance and experience in home health or rehabilitative settings are also required or preferred.
