Overview Shift

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM This position will be working in the Galesburg area Join the Robert Young Center as a Mental Health Professional and make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families. In this role, you will provide state-funded case management services using a Trauma Informed Care approach, supporting youth with severe emotional disturbances while promoting stability and community-based care. Working under the supervision of a Licensed or Qualified Mental Health Professional, you will conduct assessments, coordinate treatment plans, collaborate with care teams, and provide crisis intervention while ensuring accurate documentation and compassionate, client-centered support. Responsibilities

Provides case management services, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support for clients with behavioral health needs Conducts diagnostic assessments and develops individualized treatment plans Coordinates care and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including providers, social workers, and nursing staff Delivers counseling, crisis intervention, and community-based support to clients and families Monitors client progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical findings Maintains accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
