The CMA will assist with patient assessments, treatments, and basic diagnostic procedures while monitoring patient conditions. Additionally, they are responsible for documenting care and maintaining medical equipment and supplies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be a graduate of an accredited medical assistance program, and hold a CCMA, CMA, or RMA certification. BLS certification is required within 60 days of hire, and 2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
