Patients trust us to receive the right personalized care where and when they need it – in our care centers, at home or virtually – to improve their health outcomes and quality of life. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Schedule: Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are open to negotiating a 4-day week for a candidate who brings the right expertise and clinical fit to our team.

Responsibilities

Provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients. Interview, examine, and treat clinical patients. Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection. Provide referrals based on examination and patient needs. Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs. Assist in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations. Complete medical records (EMR) documentation daily. Cover night calls as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree. Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board certification. If board eligible, must become board certified within 12 months. DEA license required. For Carelon Health business unit, satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position. **This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.*
