Deliver high-quality acute care and therapeutic interventions directly to patients in their homes. Perform diagnostic tests and collaborate with clinicians to create and manage comprehensive care plans.
Requires a current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in high-acuity settings. Must have BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to carry equipment up to 60 lbs.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality acute medical care directly to patients. Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Operations, you will have the autonomy to assess, decide, and act, backed by a dedicated team of paramedics, nurses, and physicians.
