• Compensation: $2,000 monthly salary + $35 per visit and $32/hr. Mileage reimbursement and drive time included. Minimum of 15 on call shifts per month including 2 weekends. Comfortable working independently performing routine nursing procedures 15 On Call Nights per month Managing patients care within in the home setting Working in an EMR charting program Conducting patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment To Apply: Please submit your resume through Indeed!
