Independent contractor clinicians are compensated through a 60/40 revenue-sharing model, where eligible providers receive 60% of collected revenue for billable clinical services, while Prestige Healthcare Resources retains 40% to provide credentialing, billing, scheduling support, administrative services, compliance oversight, technology, and operational infrastructure. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and outlined in the applicable agreement.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Therapist provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and coordinated care.
The therapist utilizes evidence-based clinical interventions to evaluate each client's behavioral health needs, determine appropriate treatment recommendations, and provide individualized therapeutic services that promote recovery, emotional wellness, and long-term stability.
As an essential member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will exercise independent clinical judgment while collaborating with internal and external providers to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial, biopsychosocial, and diagnostic assessments.
Determine clinical eligibility and appropriate behavioral health treatment recommendations.
Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans with measurable goals.
Provide evidence-based individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy.
Utilize therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based interventions as clinically appropriate.
Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when indicated.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and case consultations.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, case managers, community agencies, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care.
Facilitate psychoeducational interventions and therapeutic programming when applicable.
Develop discharge plans and aftercare recommendations that support successful long-term outcomes.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required records.
Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, COMAR, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
Maintain professional licensure and participate in continuing education and professional development.

Required qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or another behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.
Active Maryland licensure in good standing as one of the following:
LCSW-C
LCPC
LCADC
Minimum of 1–4 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health counseling preferred.
Experience conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, DSM-5 diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy.
Experience working with adolescents, adults, families, or at-risk populations preferred.
Knowledge of behavioral health rehabilitation services and community-based resources is preferred.
Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong clinical decision-making, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
