The Health Unit Coordinator manages clerical functions and routine unit business to support nursing staff and patient care. This includes processing documents, maintaining records, and following established healthcare guidelines and policies.
A high school diploma and at least two years of administrative experience, including one year in a healthcare setting, are required. Candidates must also complete certifications in CPR, Verbal De-Escalation, and Handle with Care.
Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
