Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Our Home Health team provides care to geriatric patients through individualized 9-week episodes focused on improving quality of life and promoting independence at home.

As an RN with Billet Health, you will assess patient needs and collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing to establish and implement personalized plans of care.

We offer our clinicians the flexibility to build schedules that work best for them. As patients are admitted to service, our staffing team will contact you with available visits based on your preferred coverage area. RNs may accept Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), and Recertification visits, while also having the opportunity to continue following patients they wish to keep on service.

You will coordinate visit times directly with your patients, allowing flexibility for both your schedule and theirs. Most visits typically range from 45–60 minutes.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess: Active RN License in the state of practice Valid Driver’s License Valid Auto Insurance Current CPR or BLS Certification Valid TB Test (skin test within the last year or chest x-ray within the last five years) IV experience preferred

This position involves providing care in patients’ homes or residential facilities. Compensation is based on a 20-mile radius from your home and includes travel time. Additional compensation may be offered for patients located outside of your designated territory.

Training Requirement Training for this position requires a Monday through Friday commitment during the training week. We would love the opportunity to learn more about your nursing experience.
