The Triage Coordinator performs initial assessments of incoming patients, including obtaining vitals and determining urgency. They act as a liaison between clients and the medical team to facilitate the intake process and provide patient updates.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in emergency or critical care settings, with LVT or Veterinary Assistant experience preferred. Knowledge of common emergent conditions and strong communication skills are required.

Minimum 1 year experience in an emergency or critical care setting LVT or experienced Veterinary Assistant preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of common emergent conditions such as urethral obstruction, hemoabdomen, congestive heart failure, HGE, etc. Exposure to, or knowledge of Fear-Free techniques and philosophies preferred A curious and motivated energy Interest in collaborating with the teams across the Partner network Physical Requirements: Ability to quickly process, analyze, and react to unplanned and emergent medical situations without delay, so as to ensure the safety of team members and patients Ability to stand for up to 12 hours with limited breaks Able to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance Our core values: Reimagine Empower Community Care About us:
