The Access Coordinator manages daily office operations and provides administrative support to facility personnel. Key duties include scheduling appointments, updating electronic medical records, and ensuring compliance with agency and certification standards.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Experience in clerical and reception duties is preferred, along with proficiency in computer use.
Job Purpose The Access Coordinator is responsible for the on-going office operation in coordination with the Clinical Manager and/or Program Director and other support staff and is to ensure support functions are provided to the personnel of the facility.
