• Responsibilities: As a PT, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility and independence Delivering physical therapy services per physician’s care plan and state regulations Assessing patient mobility, strength, and rehabilitation potential Designing and implementing personalized therapy programs Educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and equipment Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care Supervising PTAs and home health aides as needed Documenting progress and participating in discharge planning

• Required: Active Indiana PT license Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) CPR certification Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
