Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care for adults and pediatric patients undergoing interventional cardiology procedures in the cath lab and associated holding areas
Monitor telemetry, hemodynamics, and sedation per protocol during and after procedures; assist with moderate sedation as trained
Collaborate with CVT team and participate in a range of procedures including TAVR, PCI, CTO, pericardiocentesis, vascular interventions, and device-guided therapies
Support mechanical circulatory interventions and devices as applicable (e.g., LVADs, IABP, Impella, ECMO as trained); assist with EP and device-related procedures as needed
Manage pre- and post-procedure care, documentation, and post-procedure recovery; communicate progress and any concerns to the care team
Demonstrate comprehensive telemetry interpretation and rapid response to rhythm disturbances; maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the peri-procedural period

Ability to work in a high-acuity cath lab setting and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team
