This locked treatment program serves adolescent youth (ages 13-17) referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH), offering critical care and support to those in need.
Competitive Pay: Earn an hourly rate of $45.00 - $47.00 /hour + shift differentials.
Flexible Work Schedules:
Full-time 2:45p- 11:30 or Part-time (10:45-7:30am or 2:45pm-11:30pm) shifts available.

As a Registered Nurse at the IRTP, you’ll be an essential member of our multidisciplinary Treatment Team, providing compassionate care to adolescents who need your expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering direct nursing care and conducting nursing assessments.
Managing medication administration and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Supporting the emotional and physical well-being of our program consumers.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid, unrestricted Massachusetts nursing license.
A commitment to trauma-informed care is a plus.
Strong computer proficiency and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
A role model for both staff and clients, demonstrating a professional work ethic.
Experience working with adolescent populations is a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
