NFI Massachusetts, Inc. a human service organization is currently seeking Direct Care Staff for one of our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) programs located in Dracut, MA.
NFI’s Alfred Drive residence serves adults with acquired brain injury (ABI) and adults who might otherwise require care in a nursing home or long-stay hospital. Individuals are typically referred to the program after spending time in long-term care facilities. The program offers residents a full range of services including assistance with activities of daily living, recreational opportunities, individual support, transportation, and coordination of medical needs and services. The goal of the program is to enable adults to live in a less restrictive setting, to offer the maximum level of independence, and to fully engage in community life.
$18.00/hr
for full time employees include: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 403(b) Retirement Plan, 3 weeks paid vacation time, Paid Sick Leave and Tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year
