$22 - $30 / HOUR
Utilize personal lived experience with recovery to provide direct care, advocacy, and support to clients through individual and group sessions. Link clients to formal and informal treatment resources while helping them navigate recovery systems.
Requires lived experience with mental health or substance use issues and at least 2 years of sustained recovery. Must obtain Colorado Peer Certification (CPFS) within 6 months and possess a valid driver's license.
The salary range for this position is SummitStone’s good faith belief and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of the posting. As a Peer Specialist you will use your life experience from your personal journey of recovery of addiction and/or mental health challenges to engage, advocate, and link clients with SummitStone Health resources.
• Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use issues (either personally or as a family member) with 2+ years of sustained recovery required.
