🩺 Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, hygiene, feeding, and mobility
• Support daily living activities with compassion and professionalism
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

✅ Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2 years of acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing experience ✔ Experience with higher-acuity or Level 2 patients preferred ✔ Current CPR/BLS & First Aid (AHA or Red Cross) ✔ Ability to pass ACHA Level 2 Background Screening ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

📅 Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• 12-Hour Day Shifts (6AM–6PM)
• Rotating weekends & holidays
