Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. is looking to hire a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner, who is dedicated to making a positive impact, at our Family Health Center @ Elgin and Bastrop Community Health Center locations. Travel Required

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients. Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices.

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner certification State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner Primary care nursing experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
