Market context

California OR nurse roles stay competitive

Operating room circulator roles in California are typically in steady demand because hospitals need experienced perioperative nurses who can work safely in fast-paced surgical settings. These positions are competitive because employers often look for a BSN or MSN, a current California RN license, BLS/ACLS, and several years of perioperative experience or specialty training. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to quickly compare the original job description, then confirm your license, certifications, and OR experience match before applying.
