• Type: Full-Time The Role in Plain Terms We are looking for a Physical Therapist to help patients move better, recover safely, and improve their day-to-day function. The clinic works mostly with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, so your caseload may include injuries, post-surgical recovery, pain concerns, weakness, mobility issues, and movement limitations. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide therapy sessions, update progress, and work with PTAs to keep care consistent. This is a practical, hands-on role for a PT who enjoys helping patients see steady improvement over time.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs Create care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide therapy for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Use exercise-based care, manual therapy, mobility work, strengthening, and functional training Educate patients on home exercises and recovery expectations Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed Document care accurately in WebPT Communicate with PTAs and other team members to support patient progress Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Strong patient communication and documentation skills Ability to work well in a team-based clinic environment Insurance Plans Accepted Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your PT skills to a clinic where your day is focused on patient care, practical progress, and team collaboration.
