Full-Time Remote LMFT | Florida Licensed Telehealth Therapist Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to provide consistent, high-quality care to clients in Florida through a remote telehealth setting. The role includes regular virtual therapy sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and ongoing support for clients experiencing challenges in their personal lives, partnerships, or family systems. The LMFT will work with clients who may be trying to repair communication, understand recurring conflict, process family stress, or manage emotional concerns that affect their relationships. The work requires sound clinical judgment, a steady presence on video sessions, and the ability to help clients take practical steps toward healthier relationships.

Deliver remote therapy services to Florida clients through scheduled video sessions Work with individuals, couples, and families using appropriate LMFT clinical methods Complete assessments that clarify client concerns, relationship history, and treatment needs Create care plans with clear goals and measurable areas of progress Help clients address conflict cycles, communication breakdowns, parenting concerns, stress, and adjustment issues Record clinical notes and updates in a timely and accurate manner Follow Florida licensing rules, HIPAA standards, and ethical practice guidelines Recognize clinical risks and take appropriate steps when a client may need higher-level care Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Florida Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems Strong understanding of treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical care standards Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full-time remote position 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Monday–Friday daytime schedule Administrative and clinical support structure If you are a Florida LMFT looking for a remote position with strong pay, clear expectations, and meaningful clinical work, this role is worth your consideration.
