Provides and documents professional nursing care to surgical patients following medical plans and established policies. Coordinates care with other professionals and communicates findings to the appropriate personnel.
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina with an ADN degree. BLS certification is required.
Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to surgical patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. ADN degree. BLS certified.
