The Program Therapist provides clinical social work services, including crisis intervention and family therapy, to help patients achieve optimal emotional health. They are responsible for conducting therapeutic groups and coordinating with community agencies for patient referrals and support.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and have strong clinical assessment skills preferred. Knowledge with IOP, PHP, and or SUD groups.
This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $66,000 salary with a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus.
