One You Love Homecare is actively hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for part-time and full-time opportunities throughout the Winter Park and surrounding areas.

We work with your availability to create a schedule that fits your life and assign clients as close to home as possible.

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Provide companionship and genuine emotional support Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Prepare meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying Monitor client condition and report changes promptly Follow individualized care plans and infection control standards Provide transportation to appointments when assigned Document care accurately and clock in/out properly

Requirements

Active CNA license or HHA certificate required Experience with seniors, home care, or dementia/memory care preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse Authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds Ability to assist with mobility and transfers Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Ready to Make a Real Difference?
