Provide in-home clinical care and support for senior patients, serving as a liaison between patients and primary care providers. Perform routine clinical tests, conduct home visits, and document patient notes using Electronic Health Records.
Requires at least one year of experience as an EMT or in direct patient care with active Massachusetts EMT or Paramedic certification. Must hold a current CPR certification and an unrestricted US driver's license.

What are the requirements for this position? Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an EMT or direct patient care Active certification as an EMT-B, EMT-A, or Paramedic in Massachusetts Active certification in AHA or Red Cross Healthcare Provider CPR Active unrestricted US driver's license Ability to work for any employer in the United States What are the “preferred, nice-to-haves”, for this position? Experience working with the senior populations, particularly with complex social needs Experience with basic office tools such as email, Outlook calendar, etc. Strong verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills in English Secondary language capabilities Active certification as a Phlebotomy Technician What are the traits of someone most likely to succeed in this role?
