Develop and implement mental health services including therapy, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment planning. Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns while maintaining professional collaborations with community partners.
Requires a Master's degree in behavioral sciences and a current unrestricted Minnesota clinical license (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT). A doctoral degree and specialized certifications in areas like DBT or EMDR are preferred.
