Salary
$32 - $34 / HOUR
The LPN is responsible for managing resident care plans, overseeing medication administration, and monitoring clinical progress. They coordinate services with physicians and families while supervising staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
A current LPN certification in the state of Colorado is required. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
