Creed Medical is hiring passionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and support them in achieving their personal goals. You will work closely with clients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality care and a supportive environment. • Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Implement and follow individualized support plans to enhance client independence.
• Document care activities accurately and report any changes in client status.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
• Collaborate with team members and families to provide comprehensive care.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Flexible Schedule; Mon-Fri 5:00p.m - 9:00p.m 18 $ - 20 $ / Hour
