The role involves conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, administering treatments, and monitoring vital signs. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans and provide emergency aid when necessary.
The candidate must be a Registered Nurse capable of managing complex medical situations and educating patients on health maintenance. Proficiency in triage and the ability to coordinate with physicians and therapists is required.
Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing evaluations of patient health needs, record medical histories, and monitor vital signs. Administer medications, perform treatments (e.g., wound care, injections), and closely monitor patients for any adverse reactions. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop, evaluate, and adjust individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and their caregivers on disease prevention, health maintenance, medication management, and at-home care procedures. Respond to rapidly evolving medical situations, provide immediate emergency aid, and triage patients effectively.
