High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in direct care preferred but not required; paid training is provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting individuals with disabilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transporation. (REQUIRED) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Medication Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Ability to pass background check and drug screening. (REQUIRED) Physically able to lift, assist with mobility, and respond to emergencies as needed.
