Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Medication Administration certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous DSP or caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in direct care or support roles (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of developmental disabilities and related healthcare needs. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs as required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to complete and pass a background check per company standards.
