You will execute physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

We are taking the industry by storm with our innovative career development options. We not only own a few outpatient Physical Therapy Sports minded clinics, but we also have 16 hospitals in the Los Angeles & Orange County areas. This allows us to offer inpatient, ARU & NICU positions in addition to our high performance outpatient Sports & Ortho facilities. Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT Complete timely, accurate documentation Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment If you're looking for a PTA role where you're supported, challenged, and able to grow while still maintaining balance, this is the place to build your career.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment #CH

About

Compensation

$33 - $40 per hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
