Overview

$2K Sign On Bonus - Inpatient PTA Hospital Position - 401K with a 4% Match, Free Continued Education We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our inpatient hospital team in Valencia, CA.

We are a 357-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center known for our highly respected cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint program, an acute rehab unit which helps individuals regain their independence, growing cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care services, highly attentive physical and occupational therapies, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services.

You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT Complete timely, accurate documentation Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment If you're looking for a PTA role where you're supported, challenged, and able to grow while still maintaining balance, this is the place to build your career.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment

Compensation

$33 - $40 per hour + additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold or be able to obtain a state license. Requires a passion for patient-centered care and strong teamwork skills.
