Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication order verification to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to drive medication safety initiatives and respond to medical emergencies.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D. and a valid pharmacist license. PGY1 residency and 3 years of hospital experience are preferred, along with BLS/ACLS certifications.
