The Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordinating assessment and referral activities while managing inquiry calls and scheduling admissions. They work closely with clinical, business, and utilization review staff to ensure continuity of communication.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in an outpatient environment, preferably in mental health. Additional requirements include a Tuberculosis test and a Class 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance.
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred with a focus on psychology or nursing.
